I dont know if I can post any of the pics I took or not, so maybe this is just a big tease. But man, that car is simply imposing. I love the interior, the engine under that huge "X" brace, man, everything about it. When the frames come in they go through a series of robots that punch additional holes for this or that. When the frames finish that loop they end the station, and await their turn on the assembly line. At the end of that robot loop, before they are put on the line there is a "christmas tree" and they actually trip Stage and Pre-Stage lights. When they roll onto the line the green light lights. Just that little part is seriously cool.
I say you send me the pics....
I should be able to post the pics, but I want to check first. I like my job, and I don't want to lose it.
Chrysler will probably horse-berkeley you for taking pix inside their plant. Big sign on every entrance says "No Cameras". So unless you were there as an approved member of the automotive press, IMO you should just lay low with those.

The few auto plants I've toured had the same big sign, I wouldn't post the photos myself.
Thanks for the heads up Angry and Stuart. I....uh.....was just kidding. I didn't take any pictures at all! Yeah, that's the ticket.

Remember the time DrBoost made up that story about taking pictures inside a car factory? Ha! Yeah, that was a good one.

I would enjoy the fake photoshopped pictures being sent to my email just to make sure your photochop skills are up to date...

I know a graphic arts person who's good at detecting such stuff. Send them to me and I'll consult with them.
or you could wash your computers signature via South American and European countries.
Since there are no pictures I am going to imagine that this is robot and tooling for punching the holes in the chassis.

So there's no such thing as a Viper that's "never been raced"? LOL! Love it!
