Aside from the Bullit and Eleanors, what are some other iconic movie and TV Mustangs? What ones are unique vs a particular option package, i.e. the Diamonds are Forever '71 Mach 1?
What would lend itself to being recreated on a different generation? I'm toying with the idea of a New Edge Eleanor if I end up with a post FFR donor '02 in Mineral Gray Metallic.
The yellow Mustang in the fourth Fast and Furious movie. (I believe it was put together by a tuning shop.)
The silver Ford GT500 in Need for Speed.
Black 5.0 in Drive.
And many, MANY more:

I remember one of the characters in Beverly Hills 90120 had a ‘66ish Mustang Convertible. In one scene, he pointed to the 289 badge and proudly said “yep, she’s got 289 horse power”…bhahaha ROFLMAO.
Don't forget Farrah Fawcett's Mustang Cobra II in Charlie's Angels!
There was that black Mach I from that Steven Seagal movie Marked for Deaththat gets squashed.
It's not fully iconic yet, but I believe nice guy John Wick has a black 69...
How about the mustang from tokyo drift, not the nissan powered version but the camera car with the 331 ford.
Small screen - the '00' Mustang that beat the General Lee...
Smaller screen - the Hoonicorn?
James Garner's GT350 in Grand Prix.
Death Race
John Wick
Probably not iconic but "Drive Hard" had some cool chase scenes and a Mustang in it.
