I don't know where we got these or how they appeared in our kitchen junk drawer. What are they for? They're not sharp, metal "blade" only on one side slots into plastic channel with grooves on either side of the blade. They don't cut anything, and there's a hexagon shape that appears to have a purpose on the handle side of the pivot point
An image search brings up a couple of results for garden scissors but a search for garden scissors doesn't come up with that.
Huh, rose dethorning shears. I almost thought they were for stylizing bows and wrapping for gifts.
I was going to guess for forming pasta.
