I'm not real familiar with particular places in Cheyenne, but do yourself a favor and have a nice juicy steak somewhere. Up there it seems everywhere has fantastic cuts of beef......or buffalo!
Sanford's Grub & Pub on one of the side streets downtown. It's hard to miss since the front door awning is a '50s Chevy truck bed.

Yeah, last time we were there we ate at a place called The Albany, I remember it being pretty decent.
Hoping to get in early enough I'll have a chance to walk around downtown abit, unlike last time. Sunday morning we finish the drive to Great Falls, MT.
