Yes, the iPhone 5 is compatible with pageplus if it is a Verizon iPhone. They started offering LTE service in October. My wife has an iPhone 6 on it now. You'll need to order an LTE micro sim and then register your phone with the service. Kitty Wireless is a dealer for page plus with awesome customer service. I know some people have gotten tmobile iPhone 6's to work, but the LTE sim needs to be activated in a Verizon phone before you can use it in the tmobile phone.
