Has anyone else had the text here get comically small after the last iPhone update. It's nearly impossible to read, and expanding the screen makes it tough to scroll through. It's become unreadable on my phone.

That's the desktop site, not the mobile one. Not sure how to fix it though. Let me check.
Click on the red circle and then check the green to see what it says or go to the blue circle settings. You want it to open as a mobile site.
Once you hit "Website settings" in blue in the picture above, make sure the toggle below is off like mine:
Yes, iPhone is the issue. Pixel phones are the way. 
I havent noticed an issue to be honest. 12Pro here
