Is anyone here good with KML?

I need to (if possible) make a fly-through animation/video of points in google earth that will show up by time (hour/day/month) associated with each point rather than all at once. I have Google Earth Pro and ArcGIS available to use to do it, but not any other expensive programs. Has anyone had to do this before?

Have you looked at this option? I don't know if it can be implemented through Google Earth (as in, you might have to "build the tour" with a text editor):
