I'm not young anymore, (75 this year) and I would like to get back in to autocrossing.   My hands are sore and losing strength due to arthritis.

Is there any thing I can do help relieve the pain and regain some grip on the steering wheel?   Do things like copper bracelets work?  I really don't want to take any more pills or medicartions.

I know that old habits die hard, and what we eat tends to be somewhat difficult to change, but there are a number of foods that are effective in combating inflammation.  Likewise, there are foods (all too commonly consumed) that very much cause inflammation.

A bit of research will allow you to identify foods that you eat regularly that may worsen your arthritis, and also suggest foods that will help to improve it.

The above pages describe foods that can help relieve arthritis.  It is important to note that there are a number of foods that will likely make it worse.

Food is medicine!  I wish you the best!
