I think its the other way around....
Great, now I want White Castle but I am stuck at work until 10 pm. Looks like I'll be make a brief stop in Brooklyn tonight.

Next have truer words been spoken.

I love greasy burgers as much as (more than, actually) the next guy, but I'm afraid I must agree. They aren't horrible, but they certainly aren't worth the hype. To me they are mostly onion and bun.

DUDE. Whiteys are steam grilled on a bed of onions. One thing they are not is greasy. I wouldn't mind a sack of belly bombers for lunch, either.

You are wrong. Totally and completely.
I like how in this very thread, we can't seem to decide if it's "White Castle," "White Castle's," or "White Castles."
Regardless, all three are berkeleying disgusting and just guarantee that i'll have to throw away whatever pair of underoos i'm wearing that day.
Onions are an evil weed on their own.
White Castle == Dogfood grade beef + onions
It is berkeleying horrible.

White Castle breakfast IS pretty good.... because it's real food.
We don't have actual White Castle locations out here, but they're in the freezer section. I did do two cheeseburgers for breakfast every now and then, and liked it better than most other frozen sandwiches.
My only quasi-useful piece of information is to avoid like the plague the Fred Meyer/Kroger house-brand White Castle knockoffs. Whatever you think of White Castle burgers, the knockoffs make the real ones look like manna from heaven. You wouldn't think in such a piece of garbage food there'd be room to get it so wrong, but they found it.

Yes, but you have Culver's butter burgers. Best fast food burgers in the country.
I had to resort to white castle one night when my mom was lifelined to the hospital......I hadn't eaten, the cafeteria in Methodist was closed, and the only other place within walking distance was a hardees.....and they wouldn't serve me because I wasn't in a car.
Oddly enough, that night is when I discovered White Castle even managed to put a laxative in their milk shakes.....it was funny though, 16th street in pretty much downtown indianapolis, yet everyone was polite to me. I'm sure that couldn't have been due to the uniform and glock on my side

Culver's is quality fast food, I must agree. There's one about 15 miles up the road from us. But we also have Five Guys (pretty good, kinda expensive and overrated by the locals, IMO), and here in the Brighton area, Mikey's, my personal favorite.
