The "concert" is actually in Auburn Hills, a suburb north of Detroit. The whiny Detroit city council wenches are complaining that its not being held in downtown Detroit (Ford Field). One of these d-bags is going to call Jay to try and move the concert.

Detroit government is so stupid it's not funny.
