Anyone have any experience with this outfit? I know nothing about, and never even heard of them.
I found a vehicle for sale on my local Craigslist and the alleged seller says he is selling through this place only. He emailed some excuse hes busy planning his daughters wedding. At my request, he did email me several pics of what he claims is the vehicle for sale. I am still waiting for him to call me so I can talk with him about it.
I wont buy a vehicle unless I (or someone I know) can actually look at said vehicle, test drive it and such. That doesn't seem possible with these folks. If its not a scam of some sort, it sure seems like it. I cant seem to even inquire about the vehicle on their website without registering an acount with them.
So is this a legit company anyone hear can vouch for or against?
After doing a few google searches, they do not look legitmate to me. I looked up the addresses for the New Jersey and Texas locations and their "headquarters" in Washington DC and they were all malls. I looked in the mall directories and coudln't find anything relating to this. If you really want to be certain, I would call that number and insist meeting them at one of their "locations".
If you are concerned about the legitimacy of the Craigslist seller, ask him to take a bizarre photo of it that would be difficult to photoshop. I.E. hood open with the headlights on and the wheels turned all the way to the right.
It looks to me like onlinejumblesale.com might just be a way to send payment, they don't actually have the car in their possession, the dude does. If he's got it and says you can't look at it without paying first then run far far away. There is no way a reasonable human would have that stipulation, and 99.99999999999% of people making that statement are trying to rip you off. I promise.
If you agreed to it under his terms he would probably send you an email that claimed to be from onlinejumblesale but was actually from a misspelled or similar sounding name and would just hoover all the money out of your bank account into his Nigerian one.
Yeah, I would never send any money first. Im still waiting as Ive asked him for a phone number that I can speak directly with him. Doubt that will happen. I'll move on.
