Yep, this happened in my neck of the woods and when the story first came out I was all "golly how that poor van catch fire like that" and then I read the rest of the story and I could feel IQ points draining outta my head..

They were using a water bottle to transfer the gas. Pouring from the bucket would have been dangerous.
