Kazoospec's "Change my mind" thread

Feeling cranky?  Want to argue about something on the internet?  Willing to have the correctness of your position decided by the masses?  Well step inside!  Subject to the usual rules of the forum, especially the "no politics" rules, this is your place.  My purpose is two-fold.  1. Some people just seem to want to argue.  If they can do so here, maybe they won't in other places.  2. I actually learn a lot from the discussions on this board.  The ground rules:  Facebook style, the "winner" will be decided by "likes"/upvotes - initial poster verses later comments.  One topic at a time.  A new topic may not be introduced until there have been no additional posts for 24 hours.  If someone other than the OP on any given topic gets more upvotes, the OP will post an appropriately self-abasing "I was wrong" post after comments stop.  No exceptions.  The more self-abasing, the better.  The first topic begins in the next post:

OP says factory color. The only correct shade of blue for any car is World Rally Blue, but that may be another argument.

No, MX5 is soulless. 

Miata has character. It's elegant and femine and reminds me of otters and therefore is cute and cuddling a voracious predator. 

The entire question is false because no factory color can match the goodness that is the Martini racing livery.

The best color to adorn a MIATA (not MX-5) is Montego Blue.

And not only because I owned one, but that helps. 

All talk of color is irrelevant because all colors want to be Petty blue.

How is it possible that all of you have picked the wrong blue? Laser blue is the best Miata color, period.
