Kevin James - His YT Shorts are funny. The Crew? Whoa

Big fan of Kevin James - his recent shorts on YouTube are hilarious.  Kids ng of Queens was hilarious too.

His new NASCAR sitcom show on Netflix?  Painful?  Or is it me?

Not really his fault, its just another formulaic comedy show.  They're just hoping to cash in on how big NASCAR is (and, unfortunately, they probably will)

Maybe it'll get better with a season or two under the belt

I had never heard of him or seen his stuff before but I watched The Crew.  Typically I'm not a sit-com fan, but I thought it was a decent watch. 

It's bad, the laugh track is fluffing awful, the jokes are stale and forced, the show could literally be filmed in any office setting and the race team stuff is just a skin. But I'm watching because fast car go vroom.

The laugh track is bad.  Agreed, It's a super generic comedy show with a NASCAR skin on it.  I don't think it's terrible but it's far from great.

His standup is decent, but I like him best in a no-thought required movie, usually with Adam Sandler in it.

I watched the trailer a few weeks back and thought it looked terrible.

I watched a handful of episodes. Literally laughed once. (when the driver tried the fake steak for the first time)

1 laugh per 4 episodes is a no from me.
