I made This site for my wife's vet clinic. I'm new to this stuff and I'm sure there are some great minds here.
I'd appreciate it if the hive would take a quick look and let me know if there's any easy fixes to improve usability.

I like the layout, but the font is a little hard to read. It's almost like it's gray and not black. It kind of blends into the background.
I agree with Toyman on the font, but its not the color it's the font weight. The lines need to be slightly thicker.
Good lookin' site overall. Print could be a tad darker tho. Dunno why I even think it but staff photos could be combined to a group photo w/ the critters.
my .02
Looks nice on my android. The Facebook plugin is a little wonky on here but that likely isn't your fault/can't change. Did you write it in WordPress or similar?
Graphics and layout really clean. Links work. On a mobile phone no less. Pictures are crisp and scale well. The blog and myface integration are well done.
Good job.
Will work on the font - good input and I agree.
Regarding a group photo - good luck getting everyone together and their pets not trying to kill each other!!!
It's derived from a squarespace template.
The design looks nice and clean. Agree with the type comments. As far as photos, I'd rather see a lab playing than a lab coat. No offense to the folks in the photo. Healthy pets playing is the goal. Medical scenes and staff are a little more cold unless its staff in a friendly image with an animal or two.
Well I didn't stay at a Holiday Inn last night.
Don't know how to describe it but the front page is short on content.
When I went to the site it was like those sites that have an opening page and you have to click enter to get to what you want. I did find the business hours and phone # the address could be a map link or a landmark like in the XX center, at the intersection, or next to Vons. Experience and specialties could be there too, emergency info would be good on the front page, as well as after hours instructions.

Short on content on purpose - I think you really only need business info like hours, location, and phone number on the main page. More than that and it gets cluttered quickly. There's a map at the bottom of the page though.
The idea of putting animal photos instead of people photos on the front page might be a good one though. Maybe use the "about us" page for people photos.
I changed the font. Better? Worse?
