The company name IS on the paperwork, and I never heard another thing about "just being a person", so I'm going to say "yes".
After that was "Who is REALLY shipping the car?" (well, that'd be me, in Hungary)
Then "Who is REALLY receiving the car?" (that'd be "me" in Tacoma)
