Well. Those jobs didn't happen. One due to reorgs and the other due to an outside the division hiring freeze. That show the ball bounces.
have multiple opportunities working now. One e-commerce where I don't have to move. One in Phoenix. One in Charlotte and one in Asheville. Love Asheville. Buuuut don't wanna move so we shall see what comes in the mail.

I think south Florida home prices are nuts. 3 houses within two blocks of my house just sold in less than a week.
Maybe its for the best to avoid this area for a while.
That's not just South Florida Slippery. I'm selling my house on the front range in CO and it'll go on the market next week. Right now there are under 200 active listings for existing homes in a county of over 1M people. A normal market there are 4K+ listings. I fully expect the house to be sold in under a week.
