I think I paid $200ish for my Lenovo tablets.
I have a Tab 2 10, a Tab 4 8 and a Tab 4 10. Annoyingly the camera on the 4 is worse than the 2. The 8 is easier to carry but the smaller size means less battery.
We use iPads at work because of the proprietary software. They work great, just different from Android.
What amuses me is that aftermarket scan tools have gone from proprietary hardware, to Windows based, to Android based. The Android works muuuuuch better than Win. I am not a architecture fan boy, it is a tool that has to do its job, but I find it amusing that "the year of Linux takeover" silently happened but it wasn't desktops.
