Lexol. Recommended by a very high end upholsterer I used a long time ago. For troubled parts, I use straight food grade lanolin. I bought a tub of it on Amazon for like nothing. Best Case Lube Evar.
Yep lexol is what I use. Just clean it really well. If you've got steam that'll work great but some very hot water will also work to open the pores then wipe it down with a micro fiber then use the lexol.
The creamy like stuff. I pour it in a jar, then brush it on with a paint brush. I buy it at Tractor Supply.
I use the Lexol spray for frequent quick treatments and the heavier cream Meguiars for heavy duty once or twice a year treatment.

I would clean it well before conditioning. You can get specific leather cleaners but most modern leather interiors have a vinyl coating on them anyway. I just use a mild, neutral APC then follow up with the conditioner.
