In large part this means replacing different car parts with substitutes made from inappropriate materials, often wood. Wooden pistons, brake pads, logs for wheels, but there are others, like concrete in place of the air in your tires. And then there are Red-Green-esque automotive creations like the 2-ended car, balloon car, and the 3-headed spinner car.
