Title kinda says it all.
I’d like to get it handled today. Pre-legal-zoom, et al., we hired an attorney to set up our sub-s corp for $1k. Definitely the “easy button” but pricey.
Of course, I could do it myself and just pay the filing/registration fees, but it’s nice to have the attorney as the “registered agent.”
There’s a pile of “somewhere in between” websites, but it seems like their profit is in selling you a “subscription” type deal where they sell you an address/name for a registered agent.
