Beautiful boy! Congrats! It will be the best thing that has ever happened to you, trust me.
But, you went Danish on the name?? Close, but still so far away. Should have gone Swedish... ;-)

Ah those impulse buys. Dude, all you did was place the order, now you have a life long commitment to a sinkhole of emotional ups & downs, a never ending drain on the wallet, not to mention the sleepless nights. Nah, you didn't build anything.....
... until a total stranger walks up and says "You done a good job with that boy".
Congratulations! Enjoy the ride.

Congratulations. It is the hardest job I have ever had but also the most rewarding. As others have said enjoy the ride, it goes fast.
Congrats! And everyone's right, they don't stay yours for long. My little girl turns 29 on the 13th.
Y'all will be OK. It's not like they come with an instruction booklet, and most turn out just fine.
Congrats!
My little girl (Emerson Grace) turns 4 in a couple of days.
Nearly every night and every day I've read her a story or two, sang some songs and then picked her up and put her down for sleep in her crib.
In a couple of days we'll be converting her crib to a toddler bed.
My back will be happier, but that is one thing I'll likely never get to do like that again.
Her younger brother is nearly 2, but Mom is still breastfeeding so she's putting him to bed most days for the time being.
You're so scared and so unprepared that it is easy to get caught up in the day to day and you blink and things are just different.
That first night in the hospital is one I'll never forget. The fact that she screamed so loud that she scared the poor attending pediatrician out of the room (a sweet man, but she HATED having her diaper changed). She hasn't gotten much quieter since then.
One piece of advice: Take the picture. Shoot the video. Try to enjoy the moments and take care of each other.
