Looking to replace the seats in my Safari. Wanted: Comfort, heat, and armrests. Ideas? My current seats have gotten rock hard, and frankly suck. I'd love heated seats after this brutal winter too.

I'm guessing GMC Safari (aka AstroVan).
As for your wish list? Start looking at any Aurora / Cadillac / Buick. My 96 Aurora was like sitting in a heated lazy boy recliner.
newerish silverado seats from a fancy truck? or suburban/tahoe/etc...
the ones in my avalanche are heated and have the lumbar supports, full power, leather, built in seatbelts. very comfortable.
Have you looked for an Astro conversion van in the yards? Often they will have aftermarket comfy seats with armrests. Heaters can be added to them.
'02-'07 Saturn Vue.
Junkyards are filled with them due to bad CVT trans.
They offered leather but it is a cheap leather.
Many have heated seats and even cloth seats were popular with heat.
The best reason for why these may be good for you is that the arm rest is integrated into the seat not a function of the center console as you see in most vehicles.
I recently bought two for $35 each from a local JY (and not a real cheap JY)
Power or manual seats.
My Vue has manual cloth with 2 step heat for the driver only.
John, Those look pretty nice. I'll have to see if I can find some to 'test sit'.
Thanks for the suggestions guys.
