I LOVE Daredevil, but have not seen JJ. I may have to. I have not yet started Luke Cage, but now I guess I have no excuse. If its truly gaining that much popularity, Im excited for what that may mean for the lesser-hero genre in the future!
Luke will have to wait for a little bit though. The missus and I have found Breaking Bad...how have I not been convinced to watch this yet? No worries though, we're watching about 3 episodes a night, so it wont take long at this rate.

We finished it last night. By episode 10 I was just watching them out of spite and to "get it over with" By the end I was angry that I had wasted that much of my evenings on it. I will go on record as saying that it was not my jam. I admittedly have questionable taste in entertainment and I realize asking for some understanding of physics in the Marvel universe is laughable, but some of that was inexcusable.
I scoffed many times, and yelled at Luke telling him what to do, but he never listened. I don't hate it, I enjoy the music much more than SWMBO, but I liked Jessica Jones the best of the 3 series so far. Luke makes a fine secondary character/love interest in JJ, I really didn't need to see his story.
I found the series a little anticlimactic but it was good. I think it's a good thing for inner city kids that this series exists. Liked Jessica Jones and daredevil (esp season 2) better.
Finished it tonight, it leaves it pretty good for season two. It isn't great but it is ok.
I have one episode left. Its good.
The number of actors in this show and also in The Wire is really high (Method man, Pops, Misty's first boss, Science guy, etc.). Wonder why.
The action is borderline terrible. At least it isn't dancing like Daredevil... but its straight up bad 70s fight scenes.
Also, if you ask me to suspend the laws of physics for a superhero: A) don't try and explain it and B) at least be consistent about it.

I made it through the first few minutes of episode 2. Calling it quits. Perhaps I'd get into it eventually, but there are other things I can find to waste my time on. I'm out.

Sorry, youre opinion is wrong
. I thought Daredevil had some of the best non-movie fight scenes that I had seen in a long time.

When he was waving the couch around there were several guys who flailed their arms and hit the ground while several feet away. It was laughably bad.

Yeah, that part was awful. The fighting montage in the prison was equally bad in some spots.
