Not sure if it's still there, but for years there was a Honda only shop on the south side of the Berlin Turnpike in Newington. It's pretty obvious if you drive past there.
Aside from that, tell her to stay away from the Berlin Turnpike.
There's also Schafer Honda about five minutes away in New Britain. They have been known as having a very good service department.
Thanks for the suggestion! We googled the Honda dealer and we come up with Schaller Honda, but not Schafer Honda. Same place?
