I made waaay too much macaroni for my fried mac and cheese while on vacation this weekend. The rest got turned into regular mac and cheese. New problem... no containers to put it in.
Problem solved! Between the cottage cheese container and the cheese bags there was just enough room.
(Need a 2:1 ratio of macaroni and your favorite shredded cheese, by dry weight. Also a lot of cottage cheese. And some fried up kielbasa chunks - this weekend we made do with vegan hot dogs. And some green onion or celery or both. And all the black pepper in the house.)
