In fairness, you could do a similar photo with Porsches.
And Minis
I don't care really but that's a 60 year difference vs a 12?13? Year difference.
It's also a sports car vs a four door pickup so it's stupid.

Well, ackshually...
The upper picture is a mk1 mini (1959-1966) vs a 2010 MINI Countryman. Safe bet there's a half century between the vehicles.
The lower pic is comparing a late 1980's Mini with a 2020's Clubman (or possibly the latest 4 door standard MINI. At most 40 years separation.
Comparison pics can get much murkier though. The last Classic Mini left the assembly line in 2000, and the first Neue Klasse MINI rolled off in 2001. Technically these two could share the same registration year in the UK...
I sense a contrarian undercurrent here. Bigger is better. Go big or go home.
Edit: Ooops. Adding requisite meme:

I wonder who is doing the long cat thing in front of a late '90s DTM poster.
That's the original Longcat pic, but flipped to match the orientation of the SpaceX pic.

They call it "viral" for a reason!
