My sister had a polydactyl cat. It's not exceptionally rare, and usually harmless to the cat.

It's a shame they didn't cast Matthew Broderick as Iron Man.
They could have called him Ferrous Bueller.

Our newest cat, Tommel (Norwegian word for thumb) approves this meme. He has 6 claws on each front paw.

No pics, but my Max (short for Maximus) was polydactyl. He was a fairly large cat (roughly 18lb) and he had paws like a lynx.
He was also, shall we say, behaviorally challenged. Emotionally stunted? He was extremely territorial and his reaction to seeing or even smelling another cat would send him into a rage that might take a day or two to wind down.
What was amusing was that he was what anime/manga weebs might call a tsundere. He always greeted me at the door when I got home from work. He always seemed to say "Oh. It's just YOU" and walk away after. But... he always ran to the door to greet me when I got home.
