You sure that wasn't a North Korean sattelite?

I saw four really good ones that lasted 2 seconds or so and about 10 or so smaller ones.

My kids (8 and 4) saw one a couple of the big ones and lost their dang minds.

They were EVERYWHERE! I have never seen such a fantastic light show in my backyard! They were mostly in the eastern sky for me, but they were falling fast. I saw about one every minute and a half.

WOW.

It was cold and clear in my part of the world...saw 18 in about 10 minutes, between 2155 and 2205. We are out in the country so we don't have much light pollution. I worked third shift for about 13 years and used to see them all the time.

I just saw this post. I was out running at 5:00 am and noticed I was seeing a lot of them including a fantastic, long green one! Don't recall seeing one like it before.

I saw about a dozen, before the cold got to me and went inside.
