The old price to good to be true scam, and I did it anyway. (Insert derogatory statement about myself here.)
I click on the pay link and my screen goes to a page with many asian characters on I cannot read. A new screen pops up with more of whatever it is. The second screen also has not fully loaded, so besides the fact I cannot read it my screen has a spinning please wait while the page loads symbol.
I stare at this for about a minute and realize how foolish (greedy, price too good to be true) I have been. I shut down the offending pages and call my credit card company and cancel the card, just in case. Which means in a week when I receive my new card I have to change at least two payments that were tied to the card. And it is all my fault. *sigh* Someday I wll grow up.

"Does it have air conditioning?"
Yes it does.
Is that a standard pointless question auto parts stores ask? You've got five thumbs up as of now so obviously your post is resonating with folks but I'm not familiar with the question.

This may help

Why not get the Colorado and change out the rear window?
I don't think trying to swap the window on a brand-new truck would do particularly good things for the warranty, and having a glass company do the swap would likely not be worth the cost even if we thought it wouldn't be a problem.

I need a long weekend somewhere else.

The following is Toyota's description of the heater control mechanism on a 14 Sienna:
"This control is capable of performing complex control by artificially simulating the information processing method of the nervous system of living organisms in order to establish a complex input/output relationship similar to that of a human brain."
I don't want to perform brain surgery to get the berkeleying mode door motor to move the air to the defroster. It's a 10.5 hour job to replace the mode door motor, and it cannot be tested on the bench before installation, because my neural net wants to apply 12 volts and a ground...
2010 Corolla came in not charging. Alternator tech is getting good to the point that about one in three times, it's a wiring or computer module problem and not a bad alternator.
There are four wires going to the alternator, and the high current lug. Verified that the lug is connected to the battery. Check for alternator testing procedure, since it appears to be computer controlled, and I want to see if all those wires are getting or giving the appropriate signals.
There's four steps, that boil down to "Is it spinning? If yes, chuck an alternator at it." No wiring tests at all. None.
Thanks, guys. Glad there are never any blown PCM transistors or wiring corrosion in those ivory towers of yours.

The parts chain where I used to live.
Every time you asked for a part, they would go through the prompts on the computer, one of which was always "air conditioning" which is very applicable to some parts.
It did become a bit of a joke when ordering something like a pinion seal, for example.

Sciatica. berkeley you. 2.5 days so far no relief even though I have used 90% of everything I have available at home. 2 different chiropractor adjustments. Muscle relaxers. Tylenol, Advil, aleve. Heating pad. Stretches.
I give.
Been there, I feel you man. I was stuck in bed for a month, but that won't work for you. I did get some meds that took the edge off the pain, but nothing stopped it.
In reply to Wally (Forum Supporter) :
I would be surprised if that's applicable to Canada
Well, it's been 8 days since my severely detached retina surgery. It's been a week of keeping my head parallel to the ground so the gas bubble they put in keeps the retina pressed against the back of my eye.
Saw the doc today and he's happy with how things look but I've got another week of head down which sucks but what are ya going to do?
After that, I can keep my head up but have to sleep on my left side.
See him again in 2 weeks.
Pic immediately after surgery.

I didn't realize they were in Canada. Looks like they just extended whatever deal they previously had so probably not.

If Nascar had a streaming service, cable would be toast in my house. Firestick is my choice.
I just had a discussion Today about canceling a few of the services we have because of overlap. Someone in the group mentioned he only has cable for NASCAR, and another guy said he found a solution, but it involves an antenna, so you gotta be in an area where you can get channels that way (OTA). He has a small antenna box in the window, hooked to something called a "HD Home run". It allows him to get NASCAR over the air, but still have pause, watch later, etc.
That's all I know at the moment, but I'm going to look deeper.

Dude I worked with got fired - calls me a year later to chat and discusses his retina detachment surgery in detail that I'm squirming in my seat.
One month later a big object crashes on my head (Doc said not related) on a Friday night and two days later I have the symptoms my coworker told me about.
Monday to an eye specialist and Tuesday for a retina repair.
I wish you the best and quick healing. You're hard days are in the past on this.

Interesting things. I have tubi available, so I will watch for that. Antenna is a no go, I'm sure, here. The Bell media release is about TSN, which is why I still have cable. They do have a streaming service, which was a goat rodeo of the highest order last time I looked. Hockey, soccer, then 20 hours of Sports center.
I guess I need cable Fox for Indycar too. At least I should be able to watch all the races this year. I hope. The NBC stuff was all over the place. NBC, no problem. "Cousin Clems News and Such" or whatever they call it isn't available in Canuckistan.

Damn, they at least gave me a day between doc visit and surgery. Granted, I did have to run around like a headless chicken to get some blood work and ekg done.

All of the big telecom companies in Ontario are E36 M3ty, just in different ways. It sounds like you moved off of Bell, which offers rock-solid Internet connections but is very expensive (similar to Telus), especially for TV where they constantly jack up rates while the selection of channels slowly gets worse, and the only way to bring their costs back down to earth is to threaten to leave with competitors' quotes at the ready. If you can reach them, which isn't easy. They have a phone support line but last time I called it, it was buried pretty deep, they're trying to force everyone through some PITA customer service portal to minimize the need to have actual customer service staff available.
However it sounds like you might've switched to Rogers, which offers rock-bottom introductory prices (although maybe not as low as they seem) but is really bad for jacking up prices on everything and offers horrendously unreliable Internet connections. Their phone and TV service works decently and is relatively cheap so they can make sense if you don't mind your Internet connection regularly getting horrendous lag spikes and dropping out completely a few hours per month.

Sometimes, the things that I want, I can't get. And it isn't a big deal. It probably doesn't even register as a small deal. But my brain focuses on this stupid thing that I shouldn't even care about. And now I'm bummed out.

You're 180 degrees out.
I'm leaving Shaw(Rogers) for Bell. We have Rogers fiberoptic at the door right now, but I've heard so many bad things about their internet I'm staying with the old fashioned rural line of sight service. It's good enough and cheap.
I just got off the phone with Bell. I waited less than 30 seconds, spoke to a human, got the answer I was looking for and another credit and free subscription to Crave (not that I'll use it) for being a new customer. I'm going to end up with way more channels for about 70% of what I was paying.
The last time I called Shaw/Rogers I waited the entire day and was not able to get through. Even the chat was a 2hr wait.

Latest fun with Amazon. This glass filter and an angle grinder in a box. Think they used any padding, or even a piece of paper around the GLASS filter?

The installation tech is scheduled for between 12PM and 5PM Friday sir, he will call Thursday to confirm.
No call Thursday, I call and get confirmation this morning.
It's 5:42 and no installation tech.

I had set up my mortgage payment to double this month, and it didn't take. I now owe $272 on my house, and it pisses me off that I have another month to go. I want to be debt free now, not on Feb 14.
Royal Bank of Canada didn't want to miss out on that seven cents of interest, I guess.
