I'm not selling anything. I just want the insurance company to give me the full value of the car, less their salvage - which includes the hardtop.

I ran into this when my SW20 was totaled. The insurance company refused to even consider the possibility that the hardtop was rare enough to make it more valuable than a sunroof or t-top car.
