To Lesley, Big Fish reminds me so much of my Dad that I can't watch it without severe eye irritation.

No Monty Python yet? Holy grail, Life if Brian, The Meaning of Life...
Maltese Falcon.
Lock, stock and Two Smoking Barrels.
Little Big Man and Outlaw Josie Wales, because Chief Dan George. Little Big Man has some real power in it.
The Shootist. Lots of John Wayne movies, really.
The Wrath of Khan. I've seen it so many times, I can quote the entire movie, know all the plot holes, understand that none of it makes sense, and I still love it.
Shawshank.
Back to the Future trilogy
Ghostbusters
Cars (hell, almost any Pixar movie)
Hot Fuzz
Blues Brothers
Fifth Element
There's a bunch of other ones, but those are off the top of my head.
Anything Tarantino/Mel Brooks/Scorsese/Bond
I'll add:
Donnie Darko
Little Miss Sunshine
Amelie
Road Trip/EuroTrip
Lucky Number Sleven
Goodwill Hunting
A Knight's Tale (gf loves it and I always end up laughing too)
V for Vendetta
Second Hand Lions
The Fifth Element
Rush
Star Wars (4, 5 and 6)
Bullitt
Le Mans
The Last Starfighter
Lord of the Rings (any of them)
The Fast and the Furious
The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift
I agree, Serenity's not as good to re-watch as the Firefly series.
I do like the first two Riddick movies, but not the newest 'Riddick'
Breakfast Club
Star Wars 4-6
Hunt for Red October (Unless anyone else is home. Last time it was on they almost killed me and buried me in the backyard when I said "Most things in here don't respond well to bullets' and 'I would like to have seen Montana' along with the actors )
Interstellar, mainly because it took me several repetitions to figure out what was happening.
Indiana Jones
Big
Pretty much everything I would have mentioned has been covered already, with one glaring exception: The Third Man.
A lot of good ones were taken but I'll add Midway, the Cannonball Run movies, Airplane, Arthur, and Crazy People. Anyone that didn't find 1941 funny is wrong.

I thought about the Holy Grail, but decided that, to me, it didn't meet the criteria laid out at the start of this thread. I enjoy it quite a bit, but I've matured to the point that I don't want to watch it over and over again. Before age 30 it would have been on the list, before 25 it might have been #1.
I should have added The Princess Bride and Second Hand Lions to my list, and the first in The Transporter series could be on that list too.
