Crescent made a multi tool with a wire stripper head instead of pliers, but it had cheap tools and handles. The head fit into my regular Leatherman after I squeezed too hard and broke one jaw on the pliers. That tool lives in the center console of my truck and gets used weekly.
I carry this on my keychain...
same size as a key... and it doesn't get used often but because it's on the keyring I have it if/when I need it
eyeglass screwdriver
bottle opener
phillips screwdriver
knife (straight and serrated)

This is funny, although on the pricey side:

I'm with Toyman, I carry the Gerber multitool constantly at work. I use it every day and am "famous" in my department for being able to whip it out and deal with any small job before they can go get the "right" tool for the job.
I keep an older one in the console of the suburban too (with the .40, a flashlight, a pressure gauge, and shroediger's lottery ticket).

shroediger's lottery ticket made me giggle. Then I tried to explain to a coworker why it was funny. Now I'm sad.
I carry the exact same Gerber at work. Compared to a Leatherman it is far superior.

Carried everywhere except church on Sundays. I bet I've used it a dozen times today.
