No. You don't get to blame others for that. That's YOUR mistake. Even if the clerk at the counter was wrong, you should have read the tube yourself.
If they'd looked up the wrong brake rotor, and you had no way to tell, then maybe you could blame them. But you not bothering to even look at the permatex you were using? Nah, that's your fault.

My wifw is a pretty good photog, and her all time favorite camera was a K1000. She went through 3 of them before I got her a digital. She liked the adjustablility. But when they act up, it was cheaper to go to a pawn shop and get another than to get it fixed.
Is your wife into photographs?
Know what I mean?
Nudge, nudge.. say no more.

You're right, but we HAD the gasoline-proof one in our hands, and the guy said, "We have one tube left of the extra good stuff I was holding for someone, it's behind the counter but he never came back for it. It's what you really want." We jumped on his word.

My current "stable" of cameras Nikon film SLRs FE, FM F3HP, Nikon DSLRs D40, D70, and D1X. Older cameras are fun and cheap.
I started with a Canon AE-1 then an A1, and when the computer finally went in that I picked up a second gen F1. I also have a first gen I picked up off ebay for $11.

Yeah, I know I know. I usually second guess everything, but we were in a hurry and thought he knew what I was talking about. It was my mistake. Lesson learned.

Heh, I'll bet at least half of us have done something like that.
But you're not going to escape this thread (even tho I'm the one who tried to hijack it twice..) without telling us whether or not you got the thing fixed..
First time out in the E30 and it starts throwing up? Typical lol...
When I did my license test in mine the lady did a walk around and checked my lights before we left. For some reason my taillights decided to stop working at all. Went in and told my mom to reschedule but then tried them once more. Worked normally....that was weird.
Stuck in the M3, we should all be so lucky!
Oh, right. It's all fixed now.
