Aside to Leslie..hoping beyond hope that you caught the Elvis Costello show at El Mocambo. I've got the "2 1/2 Years" boxed set, they included that recording.

Back in the day Joe had a Maserati 5000 GT. Maybe it wouldn't do 185..... but it was pretty damn fast, and beautiful:

Forget that guy from the Dos Equis beer ads....she parties with the Stones and Joe Walsh, she covers the 24 Hours of LeMans, Lesley is the Most Interesting Woman in the World.

Nooo... the Stones were before my time. I listened to the tracks though. Used to hang with the owner - we once drank Heinekens with the Allman Brothers in the office after their show. Yep, saw "Elvis". I was a waitress at the university faculty club just around the corner from the "El Mo" so I headed over every day after work. Also saw "Little Feat", Jerry Jeff Walker, Mountain and probably a host of others whose names have dissolved into the blur that was once my memory. CRS disease hits you bad over 50

I have that set, too, and love that recording. Especially that version of Lipstick Vogue...
