No, elite high-ranking douchebags really wear stuff like that on purpose. There's a show on HGTV (hate that channel, will probably go out of business now that the house-flipping bubble has predictably burst) with a stupid douchebag who drives an H2 (he compares his relationship with it like batman and the batmobile) and he wears almost identical glasses. Only the biggest douchebags wear them though. If you see them, steer clear.

I saw that same guy get pissed because the real carpenters tore out the kitchen counter top because it was soggy with mold. If I bought that house and found that, the guy better become bulletproof. I hate that show because, as a construction worker, it cheapens my profession.
