I ended up not getting this house. Turned out for the best. But man, it looks like a level from Quake 3 Arena.

I bet it was expensive as hell to heat. And there wasn't enough garage space, there were only two two-car garages. And it would have been another half hour to get to work.
I'm sure the cats would have loved it though, and that downstairs kitchen could have been a pierogi assembly line
