I don't know... I thought it was a pretty good race. It would have been a good story to have Kyle win in a backup car that wasn't assembled when he backed the first one into the wall in practice, but on the other hand, there is something about Bowman winning races that makes me happy. Not really sure why.
The Busch/Truex race was really quite entertaining for 20 or so laps.
Went to the Cup race at COTA last weekend. BIL took me for my birthday. Front straight seats, about half way down. Cars sound amazing coming down between the stands and the suites behind the pits. Had a big screen right across from us. I thought it was a pretty good race. Wish the picture was a little better of Chastain smashing the watermelon.
Little video of the victory burn-out from my post at Turn 1.

Cool video. My bil saw him spinning and thought Dinger dumped him.
Nah, Turn 1 is a popular burnout spot for the winner. Celebrate with the turn 1 crowd.
Our modified driver is going to try and qualify for tonight's truck race.
I attended the Toyota Owner's 400 at Richmond on Sunday. My wife scored suite tickets, which was nice. Not just for free food and drink, but because the incessant noise, even with hearing protection, would surely drive me mad after three hours. Heck, even after 3 minutes. It's pretty loud.
In the suite, you got just enough noise, a good view of the track, and comfort. It was good to get my Dad to a race, since he's been a lifelong fan, but last saw a race in person when Lee Petty was driving...
