My wife and I are flying in to Boston and we need help getting to Concord New Hampshire. Is there train service from near the airport to New Hampshire? Any other recommendations for this short trip? We are not familiar the area.

Concord coach will get you from the airport to downtown concord with the least amount of money and hassle. They run on the hour during the day, and on the 2 hour at night. Clean buses and no security issues at all. https://concordcoachlines.com/route/concord-nhnorth-londonderrysalem-to-from-bostonlogan-airport/
What are you doing in Concord? I live a few minutes away from the concord bus terminal if you need assistance or want to meet up if you have some time!

Should have most of what you're looking for. I haven't used it in 10+ years, but it was decent back then.
EDIT: Ha! This forum rocks, already posted the answer twice in the time it took me to look it up.

It's NH, it's about all we have up in these parts. The only rail we have is a basic stopover from Portland, ME to NYC. I'll try to snap a pic someday of the two bus terminals nearby, but it's absolute parking mayhem with commuters and airport traffic. There's never an empty spot, like ever.
Bus transit is still very much alive and well in Rural/Suburban New England.
I know there is an Amtrak from South Station that goes somewhere in NH (a coworker takes it every day), but you'd have to take the Silver Line from Logan to South Station to catch that train, which is technically a bus. The Concord bus solution is probably more efficient way to get there, since you cut out the middleman and just go.

Amtrak downeaster goes to Exeter, NH, which is on the seacoast and is about 1hr from concord, just FWIW. Considering Logan is also an hour from concord, you'd really REALLY just wanna ride a train to do that, haha.
