We came home from a concert tonight, everything was great before we left at 5pm.
We get home and now everything has incredibly oversaturated reds, it doesn't matter the app, movie/TV show, has anyone encountered this?
10-15 of Google searches is telling me to use a navigation path for an option that doesn't exist.
Any thoughts?

I'm afraid I can't let you do that, Dave.
My inclination with things like that is start at the source. Power down and repower. RGB is getting wacky somehow and the easiest way is to reset. Have you tried switching inputs on the TV just to eliminate that as a source?
Ive never had a HDMI device lose color like that. sounds like a TV problem to me, but try different inputs to confirm.
One of my buddies pointed me to an Amazon forum post, apparently it has to do with the HDR setting..........that wasn't changed. Seems to be fine this morning.
I guess it was just a glitch in the matrix.

Amazons software has been stupendously wonky for me on all of my devices and I refuse to use it more than I have to- I'll blame it on that for you.

I had that happen once with my firestick (think it was reds, may have been green?), unplugging it from the HDMI port and plugging it back in fixed it and hasn't happened again.
^Yep, it was the reds, They were crazy saturated. We were just winding down after getting home from a concert.
In reply to Mndsm :
I'm also wondering if somehow our eyes were messed up when we got home after 3.5 hours of crazy bright lights and stuff from the Queens of the Stone Age concert we went to last night.

I like everything about my firesticks and fire tablets... Except how slow they are. Sometimes. Not all the time. Just sometimes. It definitely makes you appreciate why Apple is able to charge 6 times the price, even with their crappy remote (although I think that has now been fixed).
