I'm going to 2nd your choice as I post this from my new S5.
Verizon gave me a $25/mo credit for upping to the 10G plan... making my new phone free and data plan for the whole family $4/mo cheaper after the dust settles. I still hate them... but just can't break up. The other bitches don't cover like they do.
