Found out today that I got a promotion I interviewed for! Yeah!
I'm honestly glad to have the opportunity and think it will be a good gig in the long run. My current boss is on vacation this week, so I expected things to get sorted out next week. 1 hour after I accepted the job, I had IT asking me what time on Monday was good to move my computer & phone. I should finish my currently pressing obligations by Oct 20. Looks like I will have 2 jobs for the next two weeks...hope SWMBO doesn't terminate me during that time.
