I could swear there was a build thread for this somewhere on here. Oh wait, that was NOHOME's Volvo with a stretched Miata chassis and Ford 302.
Can't wait to see more of this thing, it has potential to be awesome. And Finnegan's friend is welcome to be on the show anytime, if you ask me. Also, this may be the first time they have shown Freiburger not in sandals

Where are they based? It seems like some episodes are out west, some are in Alaska, and some in the south?

They are HQ'd at Hot Rod's HQ in the Los Angeles area, but basically RoadKill started with filming their road trips.
They drove to Alaska (tried twice)
They drove to the desert in Arizona
They've done fly and drive trips to the midwest, etc.
Finnegan lives in Georgia, so some of the southern shows are filmed at or near his home there.
That was an amusing eps for sure.

Not sure if flattered or insulted?

Loved the episode. Lots of great one-liners, like David's "whacking off" line.
It's amazing that it was just posted yesterday and already it's over 300K views.
Fairly good episode, although they really did bite of more than they could chew this time. It will be interesting to see how this turns out in a future episode.
Really? I thought that this was one of their least amusing episodes.
A little short for my tastes, although still entertaining. Certainly not bitching about free entertainment. This episode was bound to be a letdown after seeing Stubby Bob wheelie.
I was disappointed to not see a finished car at the end of the show, but that also means they will film another episode and I'm fine with laughing at Finnegan and Freiburger for another half hour.

Really felt like they were kinda trying too hard this time. I dunno, I love the show and the concept, I still point people to episode 1 when they want to know what banger rallying is all about but more and more it feels like they are grasping for ideas.
I think they stretched the chassis too far, the rear wheels appear to be about 2" further back in the wheelwells from where they should be.

It was okay, but wow, the best possible result of that mess is not very good.
The NAScarlo was way better, and basically the same idea.
I liked the idea, doing something with a shell of a car that would other wise rust away in the weeds. I hope they come back to it in the future. Seems like something that with enough time (which they don't have) and proper execution (which I know they don't do for the sake of entertainment) it could be pretty legit. But, I enjoyed watching a couple guys goofing around with an old heap they dug out of the weeds and I guess that's really the whole point.
