Yes that was Don. There were sometimes they attached to the cage and other times to other tow points. We were in the mode of get it out, to hell with the condition of the car afterwards. The Red nissan belongs to Don. It's sort of a beater. His car was down, as was somebody elses. So they double drove it. Other than tires, it's just an old tired sentra. it might even be an automatic, I can't remember. It's not a race car. Think of it as a shop loaner car. There is a similar generation Sentra se-r that runs with us that is modified quite a bit though.

Ah. Oh well. I've got to find a write up on the swaps you can do with it.

Seriously can't make this stuff up. Fell while mixing up grout for a home project. It's going to be close whether my wrist will be usable, in time for the race.

Well, my physical therapist does wonders. Wrist was good to go for the hill climb this last weekend. Day one was another greasy, slimy, wet mess. However, it still had more traction than the previous year. I had no problems and took it easy for the day. Day 2, the course dried, and the weather cooperated all day. I gradually worked up to going on full attack, though I think I still pussifooted around the area where I crashed. The shame is there is a lot of time to be had there. Glad I have that under my belt. Been a long year waiting for this event. This car isn't quite as quick as the one I destroyed. I think it's too heavy, but it's still fun to drive. I'd have video up by now,......but wouldn't you know it, I had a flat on my trailer on the way home from the event, so I didn't get to it last night.

One of the many reason to come to Mt Philo. View from the top of the hill where we have lunch and other meetings. This is looking west towards the Adirondacks, over looking Lake Champlain.

utube in car

Car is down on power, which I need to address, as well at the rubbing you hear on the tight left handers.
