Propane tanks are rated for internal pressure, not external pressure.
Many things that are designed to hold pressure in will crush easily when external pressure is applied.

IIRC this had been pumped full of superheated steam, and left outside on a cool day. Steam condenses, air contracts as it cools, and voila! Instant awesome!
I was almost 19 by the time I graduated. Basically, if you are born after oct 1, you have to wait a year. I was born oct 13. I started Kindergarten at almost 6.. which put me at 18 1/2 graduating HS.

Our cutoff here was July 1st....I missed it by 10 days. Not that I'm complaining though, being able to drive to school grades 10-12 was awesome.

Easy to fix that. Just cut the vessel in half, turn it inside out, and weld it back together.
