Ohio man gets jail for mocking disabled girl

Growing up as a kid with a limp, I grew up fighting - dad said life's tough, you're gonna have to hold your own. It would have never occurred to me or the folks to call the cops. Apparently some people never grow up (caught a VP of HR imitating my walk about a year ago - we now have a clear understanding about appropriate office behavior).

Not impossible, but I seriously doubt the girl started it. First ass-kicking earned in my view is Jr. Dad joining in is taking d-baggery to a staggering level that deserves a hospitalization-level ass-kicking. Too bad no one is willing to step up and take care of it. Then again, he'd probably just sue whoever kicked his butt for violating his farging rights.

True, being an idiot, and acting like a total douchebag is not a crime.

However there are actions that just beg for reprisal. And that's just what I saw in the video, a literal begging for reprisal.

My guess is that if the father of that girl were to impart some creative, non-lethal, attitude correction on that d-bag, that the local law enforcement may turn a blind eye.

Although being an idiot and a monstrous douche is not illegal even though he has pioneered a new level of doucheitude, he was charged with "disorderly conduct and aggravated menacing" which with the way he was following this girl around to mock her, may be a legit charge.

Disorderly conduct is a catch all charge for being a pain in the ass but not really breaking any laws. Being loud and racist outside of a restaurant, not technically illegal but annoying, so call the popo to arrest him on disorderly conduct.

he's guilty of being a colossal d-bag, marrying some stark county trash(they're from a seriously trashy area), and raising trashy d-bag kids. for that i would prefer he be removed from the gene pool, but alas it is too late and he has spawned.

i'd love a crack at him, i could take out plenty of frustration with bags mocking people with disabilities on him. if i were the dad of the girl with CP i would probably be in prison right now, because the guy would be in the hospital with his legs broken and jaw wired shut. i'm not normally resort to violence guy, but that's a reason to go if i ever saw one.

My kid has eczema. When it flares up, she has a helluva time with it and it's on her hands making it very visible. The kids in grade and middle school made fun of her over that, she was called 'alligator girl'. She came to me about it, it damn near killed me to have the 'I can't fight your battles for you' talk. But that was from kids who were just too damn young to know any better.

Now, had an alleged adult done that, well I'd be posting from prison because I would have at least beat the cowboy E36 M3 out of that motherberkeleyer. There is NO EXCUSE for an alleged grownup doing something like that. In fact, he better be glad he got pokey time. If the kid's dad is anything like me, then that slammer time probably saved him from getting the E36 M3 beat out of him. Think of it as 'protective custody'.

EDIT: When I first watched this I was under the impression he had already been arrested, seems that's not the case. I still think the local cops better take him into protective custody.
