Yesterday afternoon around 4pm I ordered a set of Blizzaks from the Tire Rack.
This afternoon around 5pm I received my tires.
Is that great service or what.

On the bright side, I don't need a winter set of tires because what you call winter I call convertible season.
Yes, but you miss all of the beautiful snow drifts etc. and a chance to "hoon" on a frozen lake.

The Tire Rack never ceases to amaze me. I had the same experience the last time I ordered from them. I bought the tires online at 3pm......they were there the next morning---less than 24 hours later! They run a well-oiled machine
I know the feeling. I live less than an hour from a major Amazon distribution center - it makes getting things at a "next day" service level, for standard shipping rates, a fairly common occurrence.

You know, editorial content wise, an article on how in the hell Tire Rack seems to have something mounted, balanced and on their shipping dock within seconds of me completing an order would be quite interesting--even if it might be challenging to differentiate from advertising.
I'm going to order a set of unmounted S-Drives from Tire Rack since none of the local tire places can get the size I want. (205/55-R15).
