I saw this story on the BBC-News this week and I sure hope it doesn't set some kind of international legal precedent.

Basically, a man who criticised the government, and was taken into custody, AND DIED, is going to be prosecuted for crimes against the government. Aside from the fact that his "jailers" have no idea how their prisoner died, the Russian government has decided to make an "example" with this case, and is going ahead with the prosecution....even tho the "alleged criminal" is dead.

And you thought the possibility that your own government might have a drone targetting you for possible extermination was bad? At least in the U.S. they don't put you on trial AFTER you die.

Local guy was arrested for knifing a State Trooper. Troop's OK. It's amazing that in a two story building, a guy can fall down 12 flights of stairs.
