Odds are that Leno and Randy Ema already know about it. Maybe they passed on the deal.

The ad somehow manages to avoid giving prospective buyers the chassis # or really any other useful information, in text or photographic formats. Also, notice in the answer to a question the seller claims the car to be 85% complete. With bidding at $150K, I wonder what the other 15% percent will cost, and whether it can be found or will need to be comissioned?

Also, I noticed that the grille is not shown in any of the photos- I cannot imagine what one must cost.

I would doubt they expect to sell the car on eBay (particularly with two line description and four small photos), they're probably just using the auction to get the word out.

I wonder if Jay Leno gets tired of people on car web boards telling him he should buy every rare car they see.

Anyone know if Leno has settled the title dispute over his 1931 Deusenberg? The only thing I see on google are stories that he's been sued, but there's been no story updates for about 2 years.

But how many cars are as rare as this one?

If he buys it because of this thread, I'm expecting a percentage as a finders fee.
