Family reunion plans for 2024 have stalled out and I'm picking up the mantle. Previous direction was a place called Whispering Oaks Ranch near Moab but I'm doing a 180 from there. I have young kids as do many of my cousins and places like that don't offer actual attractions for my kids. I'm thinking default fun things when they're bored such as a swimming pool, at the very least.
Any recommendations of places to stay? For reasons that are complicated to get into, hiking or nature sightseeing are not suitable draws in and of themselves, not like a big swimming pool with slides and/or beach. Only a couple of family members are wealthy enough to buy a Ferrari, for instance, so money is also a bit of a concern.
Previous effort was looking like 50-60 ppl but with the delays in planning that seems on the high side now.

I'm no help outside Utah, but I'd shy away from the southern part of the state in June. I remember when I was a kid we had some reunions up north and did some camping around Bear lake, drove out to the Golden Spike museum/monument thing, and I think there's an aircraft museum around Hill AFB.
A little north of Salt Lake and you have a really nice Air Museum (free and huge), an amusement park, a couple water parks, aquariums, drive out to the Bonneville Salt Flats, if you like. Multiple lakes and other pretty areas. There is a lot to do out here. Are you trying to find one place to plop down at, or a bunch of places to see? Cowabunga Bay in Draper is a waterpark that shares a parking lot with laser tag, bowling, escape rooms, movie theater, and a Quality Inn & Suites. That gives a lot of places that kids can go without anyone having to drive them anywhere. The big aquarium is a few minute drive from there.
How much time are you trying to kill?
It looks like the Suites may have changed names. Here is a pic. The interstate is right there for getting wherever else you want to go.
Having stayed in the suites mentioned above, several times actually, I can recommend them. The water park is good. Blackbear diner right next door for awesome breakfast, and a bunch of choices very close by for all pallets.
